The 2008-2009 show is entitled, "Identity." Personal identity has always been a complex dichotomy of good and evil, right and wrong, love and hate. But which element of personality ultimately works its way to the surface? What determines who a person will become? This year's show opens with "Paradox," a compelling musical journey of intense emotion. Watch as the color guard depicts the infinite struggle for self identity... or any identity at all.
Our show rapidly changes pace during the melodic second movement, "Desire." Tension diminishes as Michelle Saddic's soothing solo echoes across the field and guard soloists Jacqi Helton and Gina Clapp explore the softer nuances of the human spirit.
"Struggle" ensues in the third movement as the delicate balance of virtue and corruption is traversed. The epic conclusion is a chaotic blend of color and sound not to be missed. Will good triumph over evil or will the two sides fuse as one?

All absence request forms must be submitted two (2) weeks or ten (10) school days before the missed rehearsal, competition, or parade.
